Sign a reservation form and submit a deposit of USD 22,000.

The Application & Fees

Pay the processing and due diligence fees along with submitting the application directly to the service provider.

Processing & Payment

The application process can take up to 120 days. The main applicant then pays the remaining balance of USD 198,000 and applicable St. Kitts government fees.

4.

Closing & Transfer of Passports

Proof of ownership will be submitted to the St. Kitts government and you will receive your passport.

St. Kitt's citizenship by investment programme is offered by the government and is commonly called economic citizenship. By investing in a country’s fund or an approved real estate project, the investor may be eligible for citizenship. Being a citizen of St. Kitts & Nevis provides flexibility, mobility, and security. By obtaining economic citizenship, and a second passport, the investor will have more options and freedom to travel.

To qualify for the country's Citizenship by Investment programme, you need to make an investment in a designated real estate project approved by the Government of St. Kitts, such as Park Hyatt St. Kitts. In addition, you need to pay other fees and taxes as applicable and fulfill the formal requirement as identified by the government.

Yes, in the majority of cases your family member (below 30 and elderly parents) can be included in your St. Kitts citizenship application. For further details please contact our CBI consultants. 

The St. Kitts government approvals and processing may take about 3-4 months from the submission of your application. 

There is no requirement to visit or reside in the country for citizenship.

Under the new government regulations, the requirement of an interview is abolished in St. Kitts and Nevis. 

The passport is valid for 10 years and easily renewed thereafter.
