The InterContinental Grenada Resort

Set to open in 2025, the resort will feature 150 rooms, including more than 30 private suites with an array of restaurants, bars, top-of-the-line spas, a fitness center, and a pool with a bar and grill. Beyond the luxury amenities open to guests, the InterContinental Grenada Resort will feature approximately 6,000 square feet of meeting space and a business center.

The design of the InterContinental Grenada Resort is assured to be stunning with Rana Nasr of Bleu Design Consultants providing the interior design and Simeon Halsted of Simeon Halsted and Associates developing the architecture for the resort.

Each amenity will be designed to fully immerse guests in the traditions and beauty of Grenada, fully enjoying the pristine and unique environment La Sagesse Beach offers while indulging in luxuries that don’t burden Grenada’s awesome beauty.

Being a government-approved real estate project in Grenada, investors qualify for citizenship of Grenada.

Reservation Form

Sign a reservation form and submit a deposit of $22,000.

Applications

Processing fees and due diligence fees must be paid along with the application directly to the service provider.

Processing & Payment

Application processing takes approximately 90-120 days. Investor then pays the remaining balance of $198,000 and applicable government fees.

4.

Closing & Transfer

Proof of ownership will be submitted to the government and you will receive your Passports.

FAQs

A citizenship by investment programme is offered by a nation's government and is commonly called economic citizenship. By making an investment in a country’s fund or an approved real estate project, the investor may be eligible for citizenship in that country. This citizenship provides flexibility, mobility and security. By obtaining economic citizenship, and a second passport, the investor will have more options and freedom to travel.

To qualify for Grenada’s Citizenship by investment programme, you need to make an investment in a designated real estate project approved by the Government of Grenada. This includes Six Senses La Sagesse, Grenada. In addition, you need to pay other fees and taxes as applicable and fulfill the formal requirement as identified by the government.

Yes, your family members can be included on a citizenship application. The main applicant and his spouse, children below the age of 30, unmarried siblings without children, and parents aged 56 years old and over can also apply.

Government approvals and processing may take about 3-4 months from the submission of your application.

There is no requirement to visit or establish residency in the country to become a citizen of Grenada.

The requirement of an interview is abolished.

The passport is valid for 5 years and easily renewed thereafter. 

The US E2 investor visa program allows foreign nationals to invest in an approved US enterprise within an E-2 treaty country of the US. In return, the investor and their immediate family are permitted to travel to, reside, work and go to school in the United States.

To qualify for a US E2 Visa an investor must be a national of a country with which the US maintains a treaty of commerce and navigation. Grenada is a US treaty country that can grant investors access to a US E2 visa. Additionally, the investor must commit a substantial amount of capital in an approved US enterprise.  They must wish to enter the US for the sole purpose of developing or overseeing the approved investment enterprise.
